In addition to speaking and workshops, I offer consulting services to help colleges and universities undertake larger strategic initiatives related to digital literacy and pedagogical innovation. My consulting services include:

• Program Development | Designing and launching faculty training initiatives, certificates, and digital literacy programs. This may involve planning curriculum, cohorts, workshops, badging systems and more.
• Faculty Development | Providing guidance on fostering a culture of teaching excellence and technology integration institution-wide. I can conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to inform faculty support programs.
• Digital Innovation | Advising on campus-wide strategies for digital literacy, edtech adoption, and instructional design. I collaborate with university stakeholders to develop holistic plans for innovation.
• Custom Institutes | Developing immersive training institutes for faculty and students focused on digital media, multi-literacies, and the future of learning. Institutes may involve workshops, speakers, exhibitions and interdisciplinary projects.
